[ FAQ ]

Everything You Need to Know

We’ve gathered the questions we hear most often to make sure you feel confident before moving forward.

Are there any costs for a pro bono website project?

Our pro bono program covers the full cost of web design and development services; however, your organization is responsible for all third-party expenses such as hosting, domain registration, email services, premium add-ons, licensed fonts, or graphics. Once your website launches, our complimentary service concludes. If you need ongoing website maintenance or support, we’re happy to offer a discounted rate or can help transition your site to another developer of your choice.

Can you help with website migration to Webflow for nonprofits?

We do offer a “Migration to Webflow” service, and nonprofits with existing websites on other platforms are welcome to apply for our pro bono program. However, not all migration projects will qualify—approval depends on the size, complexity, and condition of your current site. If your organization would benefit from a fresh redesign and a move to Webflow, please submit your application. Our team will review your project details and determine if it’s a good fit for our annual pro bono initiative. Final selection is at our discretion.

What support or training do you provide after launching a pro bono website?

Following your website launch, we provide a training session to help you and your team confidently manage content and basic site updates on your own. Ongoing website maintenance services are not included as part of the pro bono project. If you need additional changes or ongoing support after launch, you can either maintain the website yourself, hire us at a discounted maintenance rate, or engage another agency or freelancer for further assistance.

Do you redesign outdated nonprofit or charity websites for free?

Our pro bono offering covers either a full redesign and development in Webflow, or Webflow development based on a design you provide. We do not provide redesign-only services as part of our pro bono program—the project must include development within Webflow to be eligible.

Why do you do pro bono projects?

We believe in giving back and supporting good causes—whether led by organizations or individuals—that may lack the funding for professional web design. Lack of resources should never prevent important work from reaching more people. As part of our pro bono terms, we also ask for permission to feature the completed project in our portfolio and on social media, so we can celebrate your impact and inspire others.
